  The condo has great views as it is a corner unit. Pool and beach are lovely. The furniture and pots/pans/utensils are probably ready to replace. Only one of the 3 bathrooms had an extra roll of toilet tissue. The kitchen trash can had only one extra bag. There was ample laundry and dishwasher detergent. For the rate, one would expect an ample supply of toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels.

  Location was a dream! Beautiful views! The pool was amazing...gorgeous and clean! We got to see fireworks right from our balcony Our! Our room was luxurious and well decorated! We each had our own bathroom, which were all super nice. Our bidet was rocky and wouldn't spray water, but we've never used one before, so it did not matter. The fridge could've been cleaned more thoroughly, but I always clean anyway, so again, it wasn't a big deal. We didn't have enough towels or toilet paper, but I called, and they were at our door in minutes! We were sad to leave that mini piece of paradise and can not wait to go back! You won't regret 2604!! I believe that Sapphire is one of the fanciest stays in South Padre! We made amazing family memories! Thanks, Sapphire!

  Thank goodness we picked Sapphire. Condo was nice, clean, comfortable, and the views front and back were amazing! Smart toilet was intimidating till we figured it out! Lol. Pool was wonderful. Beach in front of Sapphire was reasonably clean, but we were shocked at how filthy the beach was everywhere else. Looking around at all the trash that had accumulated on the beach I felt like we were sitting in the city dump, not the beach. Had to wear shoes to walk on beach to protect feet from bottle caps, etc. Beach is very shallow, so you have to go out a long way to get waist deep. Restaurants seemed to mostly have the same menu. Staying at Sapphire was a good choice, although we probably won’t return to SPI. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness center closed due to COVID was disappointing.

  The condo was pretty much as described. It was clean and ready when I arrived. Departure was a little rough because there were not enough carts to handle luggage etc. There were two coffee makers but no indication in the description of what kind. Everything was functional. Their main problem is how they advertise. This condo was listed as $600 or so per day but when all the surprises are added in it was more like $1000/day...a little bit of bait and switch though you do see the final price but only when you book. The deposit is not refundable, so it really is not a deposit. It is just another fee, which may be illegal. Beach umbrellas cost extra.

  Housekeeping was very poor. 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no replacements. Silverware was dirty. Dishwasher was full when we arrived. Not very clean. No extra supplies in the unit: paper towels, dishwashing detergent,etc. not likely to stay there again.
