  Nice unit, however the walk from living room to front door was a bit long. Much of the Gulf view is blocked with the Margaritaville wall. Followup with some lighting issues was a bit of a challenge.

  Stayed three nights in 701. View of beach was partially obstructed from outdoor patio. All beds were very firm. Overall experience was favorable and enjoyable. Will consider staying again.

  The first time in July was great to except the Jacuzzi tub not working, but it was fixed this time. Three bedrooms two-and-a-half bath lots of room wish there was a TV in the master bedroom though. Bring your own towels cuz if there's none in the room you cannot get any like you can at a regular Hotel. Do you want to beach umbrella it cost $30 to rent for the day better to bring your own. Bring groceries and cook to save money but definitely eat at Pirate's Landing honey biscuits are awesome. Overall great views you have the beach or pool to choose from is a workout station A Spa if you want but the spa cost extra. I highly recommend this for family such a relaxing place and really quiet in August.

  only issue was the pool on Saturday around 5:30 some kid poop in the pool and was close for the rest of evening. so I paid 700.00 a day to take grand kids to go swim lost one day. they should have a rule NO KIDS IN PAMPERS in pool to prevent pool to be close. I stay at PORT ROYAL IN PORT ARANSAS every year except this year due to last year hurricane was open but all was booked. there pool as big as yours nice have life guards there keeping an eye on kids anything like that happens they pull kids and adults out and test the water. if it happens they close it down but for 30-45 minutes but not four hours. the price is the same as yours to stay at those condos. after that everyone went next door to the other side to the pool and no one there keeping an eye on pool pretty sure it happens over there too and nobody knows. but other than that everything was excellent!! the other guest there were from Mexico and baby kids in pampers in pool they think its not an issue to poop in water little poop lots of water how can it be dirty. not against them hey I am from Mexico myself but I respect others. my wife saw a little girl tell her mom I need to go take but she just sat there on the phone my wife was about to take the little girl to rest room. MAYBE A BIG SIGN ENGLISH AND SPANISH NO KIDS IN PAMPER IN POOL THANKS
